The Main Entrance:
1st Floor (124 m2):
The main entrance, after passing the cloakroom leads on the left to the dining hall/kitchen, on the right to a bathroom, the master bedroom, and a smaller bedroom. It is also where you access the basement and the loft.

The Large Bedroom

The Kitchen:
The brand new kitchen is from Hanak with Baumatic oven, AEG ceramic cookplate and two sinks. It is all covered with elegant marble. The hall has room for many people to dine comfortably.

Lots of room for your storage. Also here is the main heater unit and boiler for the first floor. There is also a cellar for your wine

The Apartment
With it's own balcony and large glass door it gives you a great view of the forest and the garden behind the building. Beautifully made built in wooden wardrobe and shelves. A gallery with extra bed space, accessible thru fold down wooden stairs. There's also a bedroom under the roof with a modern spiralled staircase from high grade stainless steel. The bathroom that belongs to this apartment features a corner bathtub and a steam shower from Ideal Standard.
Entrance: #2
This entrance takes you to a completely separated part of the house, ideal for guests (73 m2). Here's two comfortably sized bedrooms and a studio as well as a bathroom.
Outside:
The Tea house:
Standing on one of the ponds on firm foundation. Perfect for a nice summer breakfast or an afternoon tea.
The Cave:
A little cave with a door on it. Ideal place for your gardening equipment.
